Cancellation Policy

GENERAL OVERVIEW

This refund policy applies to all customers of Alpha Tango, LLC. By purchasing our services, customers agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that they have read it in full. Businesses across various industries commonly adhere to strict refund policies due to the customized nature of the services offered.

CANCELLATION AND RETAINED FEE

As per our cancellation policy, 25% of the agreed-upon service cost will be retained as a fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with setting up and terminating services and any other unspecified costs.

ON-PREMISE SERVICE CANCELLATION NOTICE

Notice Requirement
Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation of any scheduled on-premises services. Failure to provide such notice will result in a cancellation fee of $25 being applied to the customer’s next service call.

REFUND FOR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES & BILLING CYCLE DEADLINE

Refunds for subscription services will be processed according to the terms of the specific subscription agreement. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle. Future billing will cease upon effective cancellation.


To cancel a subscription, subscribers must submit their cancellation request by the 15th of the month. Cancellations received after this deadline will be processed for the following billing cycle, meaning subscribers will be responsible for the next month's charges.

REFUNDS BASED ON REASONS FOR CANCELLATION

  1. Moving to a Different Service Provider or Services No Longer Needed

    • Additional cancellation fees apply.

    • No refunds will be given for payments already made.

  2. Dissatisfaction with Service

    • ​No additional cancellation fees apply.

    • Refunds for services not yet rendered will be processed, minus the 25% fee.

  3. Business is Closing or Changing Directions

    • Additional cancellation fees apply.

    • No refunds will be given for payments already made.

  4. Financial Difficulties

    • No additional cancellation fees apply.

    • Refunds for services not yet rendered will be processed, minus the 25% service fee.

  5. Other Reasons

    • Additional cancellation fees to be determined after review.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the review’s outcome.

TIMEFRAME FOR REFUND REQUESTS

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the effective date of cancellation. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 30 business days for the processing of approved refunds.

METHOD OF REFUND

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

In certain cases, additional charges may apply, such as bank transaction fees for refunds.
